During the Christmas and New Year period, deliveries may take longer than usual. To avoid running out of pet food, we recommend stocking up well in advance of the festive season to ensure you have enough to last into the new year.
We aim to provide you the best service we possibly can during Christmas & New Year, however, please be aware there are several bank holidays when orders will not be packed or delivered.

- Please allow for potential delays due to bad weather or increased demand during the holiday season, especially as operations will be closed on bank holidays.
- Delivery is subject to stock availability at the time of order processing.
- Customers in harder-to-reach areas, such as remote parts of Scotland, may experience additional delivery time as per our usual service.
To avoid potential delays, we recommend placing your orders as early as possible to ensure timely delivery.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders are also impacted by the delivery schedule above. If you have a subscription order scheduled during this period, we recommend one of the following options:
- Bringing your order forward: Process your order earlier to avoid delays.
- Skipping or delaying your order: If you already have enough food, you can postpone your next subscription until after the New Year.
