Our service is designed to offer flexibility, enabling you to cancel your subscriptions whenever you choose. There is no need to contact us for this purpose; simply follow the steps outlined below to cancel your subscription through the subscription portal.
Please be aware that this guide pertains to the cancellation of subscriptions and forthcoming orders. It is not possible to cancel orders that have already been processed (where payment has been received) using the subscription portal.
1. Login to your account sign in / create account
2. Click manage subscription on the menu
3. Click the arrow next to the item you want to cancel. If you wish to cancel all items within your subscription you must repeat all the set for each item.
4. Click cancel subscription
5. Please provide with a reason (optional), confirm.
6. You may be requested to email us to cancel the subscription. You have received a subscription discount from us with your first order and accepted our Terms and Conditions for placing minimum 2 subscription orders in order to cancel your subscription. We need 2 working days to process your request. If your cancellation is urgent we suggest to skip the order and then send the cancellation request.
