Q: I've paid for an order that's shipping soon - how do I track it?
Answer:
You would receive an email to confirm the departure from our warehouse, along with tracking information. Please allow 2-3 working days from the date of notice for your order to reach you. In our Help Centre, check back to our Promoted articles section here for updates.
The best way to track your order's transit is to download the respective courier's mobile app. The most up to date information is available using this service, whilst some basic tracking options are available at the DPD website too.
