How to activate your account

My email isn't recognised when I try to reset password

You may need to complete set-up of your account details. Your order history and subscription settings can be accessed once you've added a password to your account details. When you first ordered with us, an invite to activate your account and select a password would have been emailed to you.

If you can't find the activation invitation email then please check your spam and promotional email folders first. Failing that, see guidance below:
