Q: I want to change my subscription's shipping address
Answer:
You can change the delivery address for future subscription purchases, however please note that any orders already confirmed to you by a unique 'AT-...' order reference cannot be changed. You will usually receive such confirmation by email and it will be displayed in your Order History, within My Account.
To modify an existing address in your account, sign-in and:
- Navigate to My Account
- Select Addresses
- Find the address you wish to change and select Edit
- Complete the fields provided
- Use the check box to confirm your wish for the address to be your default shipping location (Set as default address)
- Choose UPDATE to confirm the changes
