Q: I want to change my subscription's billing location
Answer:
You can change the billing address for future purchases, however please note that any orders already confirmed to you by a unique 'AT-...' order reference cannot be changed. You will usually receive such confirmation by email and it will be displayed in your Order History, within My Account.
To modify an existing address in your account, sign-in and:
- Navigate to My Account
- Select Manage Subscriptions
- Choose a product you actively subscribe to, select it
- Scroll downward until you reach Payment method and select the current option shown
- Follow the on-screen instructions to modify the address
- Choose UPDATE / Confirm to lock in the changes
