Q: I want my subscription to continue but I don't need the next order that's due / How do I skip one recurring shipment?

Sign-in to your account and go to your subscriptions list
1. Select the arrow next to the item you want to skip
|TIP! If you subscribe to more than 1 product and wish to skip all items that are set as to that date - you need to repeat this action for all of them
2. On the next page, scroll to the bottom where your shipping address appears and you'll see the option to SKIP
3. Confirm - the system will ask you if you really want to skip that product, choose SKIP THIS ORDER
4. You should see confirmation that the order scheduled on the original date has been skipped by the number of days/weeks/months you have in your schedule
Alternatively, you can use the EDIT feature and adjust the date manually, using the calendar displayed on the next page. The skip option is also available within the edit settings of your product.
