Q: How can I fix a frozen or blank screen in my subscription?
Our website will work on any device but some systems or browsers might cause issues when navigating our website. We highly recommend using a different browser if the one being used is Internet Explorer.
Internet Explorer is unfortunately outdated software and isn't supported by many websites as it lacks compatibility with modern website features, it is quite possible there are issues using the subscription portal in Internet Explorer.
In August 2020 Microsoft stopped supporting Internet Explorer for some of their own services (Microsoft Teams for example), and by August 2021 it is expected to stop being supported on most if not all of their services.
We recommend to use the latest version of one of the following browsers for the best experience and security reasons. Using previous browser versions may cause problems like freezing the page, going blank, missing features:

- Mozilla Firefox
